I am a research associate in pore-scale modelling and imaging group at Imperial College London under Total Energies Project. I am working with Dr. Branko Bijeljic and Prof. Martin Blunt to investigate mutiphase-flow behavior in various reservoir core samples.

As for my background, I graduated from the Universitas Gadjah Mada under a fast-track program in Bachelor and Master Degree in 2014. After that, I graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology under International Graduate Program for Doctoral Education Program in 2020. Then I continued my academic career as a JSPS Fellow in Tokyo Institute of Technology and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. I was also a visiting researcher in some research institutes, such as the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf (HZDR) in Germany and the Research Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth (RITE) in Japan.

In general, my researches are in the fields of fluid mechanics, transport phenomena, and porous media. I am interested in solving energy and environmental problems. As the effect of climate change is getting more devastating, we have to work together as a civilization to overcome this matter. As a researcher, our job is to provide insights and to guide the communities through evidence-based approaches and scientific thinking.
