I am a Research Fellow at the University College London, where I collaborate with Professor Haroun Mahgerefteh on the optimisation of COâ‚‚ transport through techno-economic, environmental, and risk analyses.

My academic journey began at Universitas Gadjah Mada, where I completed an accelerated integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s program in 2014. I then pursued my doctoral studies at the Tokyo Institute of Technology through integrated master doctoral program, earning my doctoral degree in 2020. Following this, I continued my research career as a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Fellow at both the Tokyo Institute of Technology and the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, working alongside Professors Tetsuya Suekane and Yuichiro Nagatsu. In 2023, I joined Imperial College London as a Research Associate in the pore-scale modelling group, collaborating with Professor Martin Blunt and Dr. Branko Bijeljic. Additionally, I have engaged in research initiatives as a visiting researcher at leading institutions, including the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) and the Research Institute of Innovative Technology for the Earth (RITE).

My research is driven by a deep commitment to addressing energy and environmental challenges. As the impacts of climate change become increasingly severe, it is imperative that we, as a global society, collaborate to develop sustainable solutions. As researchers, our role extends beyond scientific inquiry—we provide critical insights, guide communities through evidence-based approaches, and foster a culture of scientific thinking to drive meaningful change.
